Change of Course
Have not been blogging for a long time liao as was real busy with some temp jobs, lion dance and temple stuff lately.Juz got a job at The Airport doing Passenger Service but the job requires shift work and has a lot of night duties. Which means I can't hang at Nines Cafe so often at the time when most of my friends will be there.
Nor have much time for lion dance and temple stuff on wekends as the job will see me woking through weekends. Looking from another perspective, it might be a good thing as I have this feeling lately that I want to shed off some of my commitments.
The plus side of this job is - what I will be doing is related to my studies and working at the airport will get to interact with people from all over the world and all walks of life, so it would be an enriching experience. And I get off days on weekdays - can go shopping without jostling with the weekend crowd. Oh yes, will be working with someone dear too.
Wish me luck, as I will only be officially accepted for the job after I pass the training.
